Picture the scene from Only Fool’s and Horses’s, with Del-Boy and Rodney sat in their little yellow van. They had just left Sotheby’s after securing £6.2 million. That was Sam and I after I received my second invitation from the very talented Liam Crawley asking me to shoot for him again, this time at a Jewish Wedding. I was thrilled to be asked, and I knew I would be in for a spectacular day.
The main focus of any wedding is the Bride, and as such she is the main photographer’s primary focus. With that in mind, I had the responsibility of Groom Prep at the Pullman hotel in Liverpool. This turned out to be an amazing shoot and captured some great images.
I saw a photo opportunity as the Groom was getting into the shower. This was my first ever shot of someone in the shower and it turned out to be one of my favourite shots of the day.
After, Groom Prep it was time to head to Palm House, Sefton Park for the Wedding Ceremony. Here the Groom would see his Bride for the first time in her beautiful Wedding Dress.
This was one of my favourite shots of the day and can also be found in My Collection. The Groom had ‘Stage Dived’ already and seeing that he was about to do it again I lay down on my back underneath the waiting arms to catch this image of him about to leap, and yes, I stayed there until after he jumped!

With just over 2 weeks to go before their wedding in Lytham, I managed to squeeze Helen and Ant in for a Pre Wedding Shoot at Beacon Fell. With the weather behaving itself to a point, we set off for what I described as a ‘romantic walk through the woods, whilst being followed by a friendly […]
Marriott Worsley Park Wedding Blogging is not something that comes naturally to me, but occasionally I attend a wedding that I enjoy so much, I just have to tell someone the story. This Wedding at the Marriott Worsley Park was just amazing! A very good friend of mine, Daniel Murrientes , is also a wedding photographer and […]
